A Heritage of Celebration

For many people of faith in this country, the next few days will be very special. Not only Christians, but also our Jewish brethren, commemorate these days and consider them sacred. For the Jewish people, the celebration began since March 27. It will continue until April 4. My wife and I have been fortunate to celebrate many a Passover Seder, or family meal, with friends to commemorate the freeing of the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt. For Christians, we remember our Lord Jesus' crucifixion on Good Friday, but celebrate Resurrection Sunday on the third day.
