Paella, Turtle Soup, & Abalone

The insufferable "foodies."




I suppose some of our friends consider my wife and me to be insufferable "foodies." And, to a certain degree, I must admit that certain dishes cause me to wax poetic.


Paella at Chicago's Ba Ba Reeba, turtle soup at New Orleans' Brennan's, and abalone at San Francisco's Scoma's. Any of you have memorable dishes to share?
