To Be or Not To Be

What should I do...where should I go...what should I study...What should I be?

How many of you changed your major field of study during your undergraduate years? I know I did! Before settling on a career, I briefly considered anthropology, classical literature, and linguistics. I took classes in these areas and learned a great deal. Even though I didn't major or minor in any of them, they helped to mold my mind to be open to all types of knowledge.

It was later in life that I realized that what a man does for a living is not what he is. In my case, becoming a dad caused me to question deeply who I was and who I wanted to become. In my continuing journey, I found my North Star. My guiding principle and my reason for living came through my faith.
